James Sclar is a marine veteran, an American ninja warrior, surfer, skater, yogi, cannabis connoisseur and, an amazing father. This was his first time guesting on a podcast and I’m thankful it was paid the cost podcast he was featured on. He dropped a lot of life lessons about how to adapt and how to discipline his mind to get through challenges he faced.
